The Activity Department is constantly striving to provide stimulating in-room activities and interesting group activities that are a meaningful part of the resident’s daily routine.

Administrative Services
Our Administrator and Assistant Administrator are licensed by the State and oversee the overall operation of our facility.

Business Office Services
Our Business Office is managed by our Comptroller who is a Certified Public Account. The overall responsibility for the financial records and billing is done by the Business Office. Our Business Office is responsible for compliance with state and federal regulations regarding possible Medicare and/or Medicaid benefits.

Food Service

  • The Dietary Department is managed by a Certified Dietary Manager with consultation from a licensed/registered Dietitian.
  • Resident meals are in accordance to the resident likes, dislikes, and doctor’s orders
  • Special diets are available, as ordered by physician
  • Ethnic food is available
  • Daily snacks are served
  • Lovely, serene dining experience
  • Menu entrée substitutes are available upon request

  • 24-hour licensed professional nursing care (RN’s, LPN’s & CNA’s)
  • Resident Care Plan conferences are scheduled regularly for each resident and their families

  • Public Transportation by the city of Guntersville available to assist with appointments for dental, optical and other services

Social Services
Our Social Services Director is a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker.

  • Assist residents with their medical psychosocial needs
  • Plans and implements Behavior Management Program
  • Brings “Mr. McB” with her who provides Pet Therapy, many smiles and much affection
  • Assists residents and families in their transition to a new health care setting
  • Provides ongoing counseling and support
  • Coordinates with mental health services and psychological services
  • Coordinates Family Council
  • Coordinates Resident Council
